build salt wall offers a 30-day refund policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, include tags, be in its original packaging, and be in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and all packaging must be intact. We cannot accept returned, used items, sale items, or gift cards.

The quickest way to get a new item is to return the current one. Once your return is processed, you can place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days with no need for justification. Similar to our standard policy, items must be unworn or unused, include tags, and be in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.
